Among the 26 serving lawmakers in the state, Hon. Small Body but Big Engine as he is fondly called by his constituents is a connotation of a man in Hon. Aina Akinpelu who has been representing Ota I State Constituency since 2011. Apart from his free E-learning scheme which has graduated over 2,000 beneficiaries spanning from old, aged, elderly ones, young, disabled, able, indigenes and non-indigenes of Ado-Odo Ota, he has also being a source of smile to vast majority of people in his constituency.

One of such was at Agoro, Ijoko ward 5, where he gave out empowerment materials ranging from; hairdressing and tailoring equipment, gas cookers and cylinders, cash, Popcorn machines and many others in a bid to help combat penury in the society.
While addressing party members at the meeting, Hon. Aina said he wasn’t giving out the items for political gains, neither was he doing it for any fear of favour. He emphasized that the human gesture was just to change the perspective of his people towards politicians, in that most people believes that Politicians does not turn up after being elected into political offices. He encouraged those that benefited from the scheme to make best use of the items or cash being provided with to better their own lots.
