“I Enjoin The People Of Ejigbo To Vote Monsuru Bello Oloyede”, He Is The First Among Equals” Oba Elect Of Ejigbo, Prince Olawale Edagbeja
The Oba elect of Ejigbo, Prince Olawale Edagbeja has enjoined all the people of Ejigbo LCDA and environs to troop in massively on Saturday, 22nd July, 2017 to vote the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Monsuru Bello Oloyede Obe.
He said this while speaking with our correspondent in a telephone interview. The deputy youth leader of APC in Ejigbo and Oba elect of Ejigbo said he is the most happiest person in the build up to Saturday’s Local Government election in the state in that about a year and half ago when he was made Chief by the Ojan of Ejigbo, HRH Moruf Ojoola, there was a time when the present APC Chairmanship candidate was the deputy Chairman of Bamigbetan for six years, he was also the supervisory councilor for works. He said he performed excellently well. In his words, “among the 37 LCDAS that are in Lagos, it was only the Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, Bamigbetan that endorsed his Vice to succeed him because of his outstanding performance and his quest to succeed”.
Prince Edagbeja also stated that it was during the administration of Bamigbetan, which Bello was the vice that the long abandoned Idimu-Ejigbo and NNPC road were renovated. He added that the Ojan of Ejigbo suddenly stopped supporting the ambition of Obe to become the Chairman of the LCDA to the extend that he was advised to chose between the Ojan and Obe’s candidacy, but he sought permission to go deal with his choice and that he would return as a Chief after the election. But things has taken a new shape now as the Ojan of Ejigbo has endorsed the candidacy of Obe.
Prince Olawale urged the good people of Ejigbo LCDA to troop out in mass to vote Monsuru Bello Oloyede so as to compliment the efforts of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and to give the town a face lift.
