Nigerian Universities Should Learn From INEC How To Declare Examination Results Inconclusive – Dino Melaye

Dino Melaye, a Senator and member of the 8th National Assembly representing Kogi West Senatorial district, has taken to his social media page to advise Nigerian Universities authority on how to declare examination results inconclusive.

In his post, he advised tertiary institutions in the country to get a clue from the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC on how to declare examination result inconclusive.

The lawmaker said that in a situation whereby the student that failed a particular course outnumbered those that passed, the course should be declared inconclusive and supplementary examination should be conducted within 21 days just as INEC would do.

“Nigerian Universities should learn from INEC. If the number of students who fail a particular course are more than those who pass, that course should be declared inconclusive and supplementary examination should be conducted within 21 days.(SDM)” The lawmaker’s post reads.
